My school

I am a pupil of the primary school of Gymnasium 261. Our school is very big.
There are about 600 pupils in it. We have got all we need. Our teachers are very
good. The classrooms are big and light. We have got two classrooms for
Information Computing Technology lessons. Also there is a computer in every
classroom. We can borrow books from the school library. There are two gyms and
a sports ground for the lessons of Physical Education. We can go to a swimming
pool too. During breaks and after classes we can go to our school canteen to have
lunch or dinner.

Our school year begins on the first of September and finishes at the end of May.
We go to school 5 days a week and have 4 or 5 lessons a day. 2 or 3 times a week
we have extra lessons in ITE, English or other subjects. In the 4 form we have 11
subjects. All of them are interesting but me favourite are Maths, English, ICT and
PE. My teacher says that I am good at Maths. I really like doing sums and solving
problems. I always take part in Maths contests. ICT is a very interesting subject for
me because I like working on computer. It can help me in other subjects. I like
English because I like reading books and speaking English. Also I like singing
English songs. I know that English and ICT are very important in our life. PE is
my favourite because I like moving: running, jumping and playing team games.
PE is important because it helps me to be healthy.
